The hotel is in an alright location, within walking distance to shops on Carlton and Yonge St It has parking and an Irish pub open until 1 am for latecomers. The rooms were musty with water damage on the south-facing wall and overlooked a construction site. Service was helpful and friendly. The dining experience was not complimentary, and they charged extra for breakfast. The hotel needs a good scrubbing and is long away from downtown attractions.
